Prices
The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping
charges. Kristen Muench Papier Mâché Sculpture reserves the right to change prices for art displayed anywhere at any time.
Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is important. If your sculpture has arrived damaged in any way or you are not fully satisfied and wish to
return or exchange a piece of art, please call Kristen Muench directly or contact the representative gallery immediately to arrange for return or repair. Shipping
charges are completely refundable if return is a result of our error. All reasonable repairs are made at minimal cost. If a piece of art is damaged
beyond repair (as per the artist's judgment), a replacement piece will be decided upon between artist and client.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will apply to your purchase at the rate in effect at the Parker, Colorado studio address.
Copyrights
By receiving a Papier Mâché Sculpture or a Resin Casting from Kristen Muench, you realize that the
Artist reserves all copyrights to original artwork and that artwork may not be reproduced for any personal or commercial purpose without the
written permission of the Artist or her heirs.

typographical errors and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time. All sales are governed by Arizona law,
without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No representative or agent of Kristen Muench has the authority to vary any of the policies, prices
or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
